Speaking & Consulting
Trauma-informed leadership and psychological safety across APAC
What I Do
I work with organizations across APAC on three things: how to protect people who do difficult work, how to lead through crisis without losing humanity, and how to build cultures where it is safe to tell the truth.
My background is hybrid. Twenty years in regional corporate leadership. Twenty years in clinical practice. Four years as Behavior Analysis Consultant to Airbnb's APAC Safety Operations, supporting teams who handle the hardest user reports in the world. I know what KPI pressure feels like from the inside. I also know what happens when organizations forget that their people are human.
